I can't believe the politicians of America are considering intervention in Syria. Haven't we sacrificed enough lives for wars we can't win? Korea, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Afgahnistan, Libya, and the list goes on.

Korea, we saved them from communist dictatorship and saved them from the starvation north Korea now endures
Vietnam, a complete waste of time, could have been won with an all out invasion of north Vietnam but Johnson refused and china might have done something
saudi arabia, defended them from iraq who would have undoubtably destroyed them
Iraq, Iraq no longer has a ruthless dictator that uses chemical weapons on his own people and they are now a democracy and have rough equal rights and a developing society and economy, we have also pulled out
Afghanistan, minor victory in defeating large amounts of Taliban, but nature of civilian population (worse than 3rd world) and presence of hostile Islamic extremist nations on all sides contributing to insurgent activity makes the conflict hopeless
Libya, minor engagement where USAF personal merely made strikes against Libyan military forces to assist a popular uprising against a dictatorship who also murdered his own people
Syria, unwise because of the ceasefire that prevented all out civil war, US involvement unlikely but do to Syrian willingness to kill innocent civilians it would not necessarily be uncalled for
