Thanks to Smallchange, I'll put the idea on here that i have suggest earlier (didn't know the forum was here! :confused: )
The GDI Storage drill.

After thinking for a balanced economy boost for GDI i found out a building can do the trick. It have been suggested before only there was no idea how it looks like and balance was also bit unfair.

The idea is of a Huge drill that pulls up tiberium and storage it in silos. (like a Oil platform, only then for tiberium)
The building will be able to storage double the amount then a refinery. So GDI will remove and storage tiberium to get the world rid of it. all where GDI stands for.

AMOUNT TIBERIUM STORAGE.
Refinery storage 1.0
silo storage 0.5
Drill storage 2.0

Because we do not want to lose the effect of the Tiberium spike i though about 500 credits every 2 or 3 minutes. just like NOD can spread tiberium from time to time.
A spike gives: 1500 every minute. (3 minutes 4500)
The drill: 500 every 3 minutes.

Your not able to build more than 1.
The buildings needed? (can still be discussed)
- Refinery.
- Tech lab.

Building idea. (Drill tower needs to be modeled by carnius, i like to see it go up and down while rotating)

This isn't a bad idea, but you should get some benefits for other sides too. If Gdi in 1.4 has dropship command which deploys veteran units as countermeasure to Nod tiberium seed and Scrin stimulator, than Nod and Scrin should have some price discount structures or something analogous.

I agree, also they need the "deploy" ability in order to fire. now they are too fast, they can fire and run without any time delay.

The "minibomb" of the shadow team (and their explosive) is too much weak.
