not sure if its possible, but if you could make it work, it would make urban combat so much more fun.

i understand that since buildings are made out of concrete and all, actually repairing stuff would be hard, but think of how the buildings are deployed... there made of metal and concrete and stuff, AND they just appear... (maybe you could do something about that too... make it more realistic for GDI and nod...)

other ideas for the subject: engineers carry wood... repair building to full, change armour type of building to wood(or something similar), also maybe what the building looks like...

maybe shorten build times slightly then give it a 3 or so second time where a bunch of works build it really fast :D
also yeah it would be cool for it to have wooden boards strenching acrossed some parts of the structure after it is fixed, also the more damaged it was then the more boards and stuff there should be.

or air drop the buildings for gdi, and... something... for nod... because the scrin one makes sense. they teleport their stuff in...

Since bridges can be repaired, I guess even other structures could be repaired as well. Engineers could do it.

actually... they already are repairable if you set it right in worldbuilder.
there you go.
just select the repairable item on and assign the dwelling to a player..otherwise it works like normal.
however then the flames+grenades ect dont work as they are supposed to.

I did always think that it sucked that you couldnt repair buildings. But i think all the extra textures are a bit unnecciesary. when you repair the building it should look just like new in my opinion. works for the bridge why not for the buildings? however when garrisioned buildings are a little cartoony. i wouldnt mind if some of the extra stuff got shaved off garrisioned buildings, like mabey the flag and the viberent colors all over the place.
