The Nexii are a small group of modders brought together by the game Nexus:The Jupiter Incident to further develop mods for the great game. As time goes on, we hope to make this the number one source for all your Nexus:TJI requirements.
If you know of any other sites or files that we should be aware of, drop me an email so I can check it out...
Ever wanted your finest Nexus moments immortalised for everyone to see? Then email them to our gallery with a little bit about the pic, as long as we like it (don't worry, we're easily impressed here :) ) and it's different, in it'll go. Just mark your entry up as 'submissions'...

I don't think there's a specific manual for those issues, but I believe you'll find info on creating mod effects in section five of the main manual. Also, Firewarrior1705 has dabbled in this area... might be worth a pm. And do you mean how to simply add races?
i know how to add races i just dont know the color codes for it

sorry, I know that this is a bit late, but if you (or anything else) is dazzled about the color settings in nexus, here it is:
there are three entries which represent the porcentage of certain colors (oddly, not the primary ones... apparently, they went for RGB colors)
the orden is: red - green - blue
white: 1 1 1
black: 0 0 0
well, I can now :P I got no idea what went on though...
