After long internal struggles, our team happily announces the new Blackreef Pirates game!
Role playing games are long dead (and boooring!), so we removed all that stupid and slow abilities and moved to a real action game in first person. All we need is more blood, gore and lens flares!

Ahem. A multiplayer Pirate game with FP or TP perspective and ship-to-ship combat would actually work pretty well. I'm not trying to ruin the joke here, but I myself am tired of MP getting such a bad rep these days..
I'm tired of the stigma around shooters. This myth that only mouth breathing in-bred sub humans play anything in first person. As funny as this prank was, it was also a bit saddening that completely neutral elements are being shown as negative.
Exactly. Just because some people prefer FP doesn't mean they are in the wrong. I can barely get into RTS games, but I still give them a shot because they are just as valid.

At first I was shocked. Then I remembered something and calmed down. But seeing all these changes in the game means that you either put *a lot* of time into this video, or your game actually does support easy customization/modding (which is even better).

Lensflares are a bit odd, don't you think? It's something I connect more with sci-fi, since the eye doesn't produce flares of any kind. Seems like a few odd thing are in the mix here, but I'm not informed enough to say more. Looks good.
