I hate it when Russian nationalists jerk off to the USSR...
Do you know Alexandr Duguin? He is a russian intelectual nationalist defending Stalin ... It is the actual policy of Putin by the way...
He belongs in gulag.
Also, "Intellectual nationalist" is an oxymoron.
I hate nation bolsheviks.
Nationalism ruins everything. I remember an article where Putin was recorded saying that he hated Lenin because he tried to make peace with Germany during the first World War and undermined Russia's empire. Putin's bringing religion and state back together, instituting conservative prejudices, and while their market becomes more free, their freedom to speech is becoming less free.

Solidarity with Greek people!
I hope this will finally be the chance for a nation to become leftist and promote internationalism through stopping the exploitation of the working class and get rid of the fear of change in the world.
I hope so too… But, you know what is disgusting me right now? That KKE wants also Syriza to fall… as our reactionary governments here in the Iberian Peninsula (Portugal and España)! If you wait for the right moment for the revolution, it will never come (Rosa Luxemburg). It is happening just like in Venezuela after the Caracazo: Chavez once even realized and (actually said it in public look up on youtube) that he isn’t going to fight with the Leninists… Why this constant Mercader/Trotsky stupid hostility on the Left (from PART TO PART)? As a left communist, I simply can’t stand it! It’s more like unite the right to smash the Left into so tiny pieces that we can’t even know what we were to begin with. Divide to conquer, which is a hell of a lesson.
Also, The New Left is dead. Marxism-Leninism is buried. Anarchists are now post-structuralists. Trotskyites turned out to be left radical-social democrats. So what will you do? Become a necromancer, submit to reactionary temptations, or… start thinking from zero?
I was just going to watch a few minutes of that but ended up watching the whole thing and even rewinding some parts.
There are some important things there, but my no1 is at 57.59, when someone asks about the sacred role in politics and also, the role of Christianity, as an Ontological FORM of Global Politics (or the “constitution of” Politics if you wish). The response cannot be other than (at least for us here): Communism as such will be the ultimate form of politics, as Christianity was for Religion, meanings that trough Christianity you erase all ancient forms of superstition (it destroyed the very foundations of religion), and in Communism you simply erase all other forms of “political superstition” (erasing the foundation of “politics”, meaning, of the way things “appear” to us-in social, historical terms). So, being a leftist is engaging is this constant tension between what is there (and perhaps “sacred”, even to you, or to your understanding of the world-in a leftists sense of course) and what is yet to be done. So, clearly, Communism here stands for something that has no existence yet. It belongs always to the future (and never to the past, as something that has to be accomplished). But then, the twist is this: you cannot think in other ways of doing things than the French revolution, or the Soviet and Chinese for instance. We are all imprisoned in that model here (but, what is else to do?). And as Zizek says, the true revolution was not October, but collectivization… I guess this is when we need to punch ourselves in the face really hard, just like in “fight club”? Or here, what he means is: we need to get closer to that model again, despite the sacrifices we’ll make… (?) If you cannot answer that type of questions, you are, indeed (well, in my view), a true Communist… and to make myself clear, that is what I am criticizing on today’s Left.
