Lenin and Castro were bad? Tito and Mao would disagree with you on than one.
Also those people the Partizans killed in 1944/45 were mostly traitor collaborators of the German Nazi occupiers (the Ustashe, chetniks, balists and various individuals who aided the Gestapo and so forth... and yes many of them were of German/Folksdoicher, and Hungarian nationality).
Anyway I just guess they could have added Enver Hoxha instead of the guy between Stalin and Lenin.
