Yup, you heard correctly! We recently emailed and got in contact with Routetwo, the official creator of the original Vampire Slayer. Our team and him have decided to merge together to form Vampire Slayer on the source engine. This is not to say it'll be a direct clone as the team is still concentrated on keeping the main idea and gameplay, however possibly adding our own features to it. Once the details are all worked out, we'll post them up and we'll be ready for some input. Until then, we'll keep you posted!
