THe electronics are top notch (counter-measures, AWACS, GPS, GLONASS, Inertial-Navigation) 4e gen. SVINETS-1 Sabots (hence the larger turret), 4e gen. ERA and composite.

This is a completely new design based on the T90. The only thing that's left from the T90 is the hull shape, other than that it's all brand new incorporating the new design and equipment.

Pitty this monster isn't getting it's well earned place in the army. Only a few of these reached the army and they decided that modernizing the T72 and T80 up to T90 standards is more cost-efficient. Same with the Btr-90.
