Of the total amount of fan-made doujin produced for Touhou, only 45-49 percent is rated R-18. K-on, for example, has a number closer to 80-90 percent.

Touhou has a pretty high volume of works with an extremely low amount of R-18 doujin, so most fans and producers of Touhou-related work are not producing anything close to pornographic. So the amount of fetishism within Touhou is low so your point is moot.

But I'd imagine that you'll find some way to turn this into, "YOU LIKE LITTLE GIRLS"

I think GriffinZ said like that because almost every pics anelaidlives uploaded have girls on them.
in "satirical" way this pics is same as those pics, basically it's just like giving some hot chicks nearby tank display (like what usually found on fashion/automotive magazines). the difference is, those anime pics are more oriented for eastern audiences while this pic more oriented for western, and also this one have girl with more open cloting. :P

about this "fetishism", remember that almost anything can be someone else fetish(es). even strangely positioned inanimate objects also can be someone's fetish, that's how Rule 34 born. and since anelaidlives often seen to upload tanks with anime girls (which is unusual sight in most places outside japan, and sometimes they just absurd), some people might think that's anelaidlives uncommon fetish.

it's okay to upload anime or Touhou tank pics, but at least keep them varied and not too often. don't forget why Touhou were exiled in several places. because there's infinite amounts of Touhou fan art, they can flood forums, galleries, or imageboards like a tsunami descending upon a small village; the impacts are mostly negative. so keep their amount in control.
