The 7TP was deemed very effective, it's just that they had so few of them.

indeed. Tho many good & promising Polish weapon projects from firearms to tanks & planes were always hindered if not canceled by an unnamed special commission from the Polish government :/ I can never find ant more info on this commission either so its rather puzzling to me :/
