The turret is real, it's one of the early Pz.IIIs armed with a 37mm gun. The tank is still fake though.

I think last time this was posted we concluded it was photoshopped. Somehow I doubt the Panzer III's turret would fit into the Panzer I's turret ring.

Not to mention it would make for a completely useless vehicle.
