It has the power, but it may not have the traction when it is high-centered like that (they may not have tried yet). This is what happens when the commander / loader are not paying attention and the driver has limited clearance to squeeze through a gap. Then again, the driver could have been a serious bone-head too...
Its not even in combat so its fine, thats definitely NTC, as we have never taken the old 80's military bought Chevy's out in a convoy. Regardless of whos fault that is, the driver was probably fired.
