Is this a joint-exercise medal?
This is how it SHOULD be, but unfortunately i don't think we'll ever see such a future.
Would be nice if the US and Russian Federation were allies just imagine of all the possible weapon advancement, like hover tanks or laser rifles lol.
But there are people and some leaders from both countries that don't realize this due to old rivalry and "old" thinking.
and why the hell do we need a union between the already biggest bullies of the world?
Technological, medical, etc advancements.

Counter hostile extra-terrestrial life defense force lol
Also the US helps people all over the world...Maybe now they could help some more?
If aliens were to come to our planet, have a war with us and we beat them back, only THEN would we, the human race, have a common enemy and unite. But, I don't think thats going to happen any time soon (lol?). We can still unite the world, but it will just take a lot longer.
