Looks japanese, the photo quality doesn't help though.

Looks like a SPG on a Vickers Mark E chassis.
I was thinking that, but it only has 2 return rollers.
The closest things i can find are the T-37, T-38 and Komsomolets. But they all have the drive sprocket in the front.

It is an AT-1.
i don't now what it is, but it does not look like an AT1 to me.
Not an AT-1, that's based on a t-26 chassis, this is not on a t-26 chassis.
Does OP have an clearer picture of the tank?
