In 1916, how many tanks were imagined and produced by the Czech Republic or by Albania? In 1917, how many innovative tanks (with a fully rotating turret) such as the Renault FT-17 were invented and then produced in series by the Czech Republic or by Albania ? Morality, it's better to produce ugly tanks than not to know how to produce them ...
