What a waste why would someone waste all those parts at least scrap then smelt them into something else or new tanks.
The Ukraine army or one of their private company (afaik) does that already at least for old tanks that are rotting away in some storing area
Those obsolete tanks becomes the role of a APC or Heavy infantry fighting vehicle such as the BTMP series (HIFV) or the BMP-K-64 (APC) instead
About the deal of those scrap yard parts, I dunno
