OOC: You can do better than that AK. RP like you mean it!

The Guild. Cut-throat crime lords with a penchant for everything that has to do with the underworld and its own intrinsic dealings. It had been quite some time since this Ori'verda had dealt with it and its infamous leader, Mythus Hunt. The last mission the Mandalorian ever conducted for Mythus led Ori'verda into a death trap.

Certainly more exciting than training at Choruk Yaim.

Chariot left hypersauce and arrived into the bustling hive of crime, slavery and debauchery on Sleheyron which by its own image served as a representative for all the evil the Hutt Cartel embodied whilst at the same time representing opportunity for a Mandalorian looking for work. The convoy streams of vessels to and from the planetoid were carefully navigated by Ori'verda as he skilfully led his carrier to ground and land on one of the few vacant, underground landing pads maintained by the Guild.

Once the Chariot was set down the Mandalorian and his pet descended from the unique, personal warship by its ramp and they entered back into the familiar world of thieves and enforcers whom owed their allegiance to fear and wealth.

A well-dressed man walks up to the Mandalorian. Keeping with the theme of pretentious mystery, the man says little, simply gesturing towards a bustling cantina nearby. "He's waiting."

Lord Cronos strode before Ori'verda towards the crowded cantina and snorted an exhale with each different scent it caught. The area was alive with many different species doing all sorts of things. Things AK could have written but choose not to much to the disappointment of Ori'verda.

Things such as a group of greedy looking Neimodians making their fortunes playing Pazaak, trigger happy Rodians offering their guns to Hutt sponsors in gladiator style combat, large Gamorrean enforcers pouncing about keeping whatever villains would consider to be peace, Twi'lek dancers entertaining the audience, Bith musicians playing a catchy tune over the sound of this living, breathing hive, drunk human mercenaries trying to forget and drown their guilt and brawling Duros seeking to prove themselves.

Personally Ori'verda would have preferred a less public area to discuss important matters but to each his own. Mythus is not known for his discretion but then again why should someone with his authority be discreet unless it was absolutely called for?

Both master and pet scanned the area for Mythus Hunt.

Mythus Hunt listens with poorly-concealed disinterest to one of his advisors. Something about the dangers of meeting in a public place. "I would kill for something more intriguing," he thinks to himself. As he does this, he looks around and sees the armored Mandalorian enter the bar. His face breaks out into a small grin of relief. "Frankly," he says, cutting off the advisor, "something more interesting has come up. Get out."

He waves the Mandalorian over as the disgruntled advisor leaves, gesturing for him to sit in the previously occupied seat across from him. He sees the Strill with Ori`verda, but decides not to raise any objection; the animal would be useful for discouraging unwanted visitors. As the Mandalorian approaches, Hunt taps a button on his earpiece, speaking softly to a contact. "You're sure the info's good? Because if I find out it's not, I'll find you and I'll skin you alive."

He looks up as he turns the earpiece off, at the Mandalorian and his pet, both both now in front of him. He briefly inclines his head. "Gentlemen."

OOC: That's the spirit!

Ori'verda stood in front of Mythus with crossed arms at with a alert Lord Cronos at his feet. "Haven't heard from you in a while." His voice ran with a startling neutrality in effort to hide his curiosity at the present situation. "Need something, Mythus?" The Mandalorian observed the man before him and recognized him as the same person he had previously had dealings with in the past, give or take a few additional scars.

Cronos jumped at the vacant seat and reclined three of its paws on the table whilst eyeing one of the most dangerous rulers of the underworld with a mix of curiosity and dangerous intent. Its low growl trying to convey its guardian status.

"Udesiir, Cron'ika." Ori'verda commanded and the Strill obeyed by masking its growl beneath the sounds of the cantina. With a fluid motion Ori'verda reached out and picked two goblets filled with a green liquid from a female human waitress without arousing her suspicion. The Strill made way for its master to sit down as Ori'verda placed a cup before Mythus and himself.

If the Strill bothers Mythus, he doesn't show it. He takes a sip from the offered goblet and hides a small cringe; the problem with swiping drinks is that you often don't know what they are. What the drink wasn't was the fine liqueur Mythus was used to.

He places the goblet down gently. "Heard about that nasty business on Mandalore," he replies, seemingly ignoring Ori`verda's question. "T'Rani Stargazer. Clever girl, getting away after walking in and murdering your Hegemony's delegates."

With the goblet in his hand Ori'verda amused himself with the sloshing of the green fluid whilst simultaneously serving the purpose of dismissing the poor jest Mythus shot at him.

He turned his attention to Lord Cronos. "Pirur?" to which the beast simply turned up its head and opened its maw. Ori'verda poured the odd liquid into the mouth of his pet and observed the hardiness of the beast as it devoured the drink in a single, greedy gulp.

Finally, after a tense moment of silence between the two powerful warriors to the background of Who's Your Ewok, Ori'verda responded. "I will find her." A dead calm laced his voice. He turned his gaze towards Mythus. "And when I do... I will kill her." Simple, powerful. Revenge.

Mythus leans forward, fully aware that what he is about to say could very well be dangerous. "What if I told you I could get you a lead on her?"

He doesn't wait for Ori`verda's reaction before continuing. "One of my sources confirmed her location. At least for the moment. I don't know how long that information will be good. I know it's good now." He leans back, his hook in place. "Information like this comes at a price, however."

Mythus is fully aware that Ori`verda could very well be willing to kill him for the information. He recites in his head the locations of his guards. Hopefully the Mandalorian is considering the same thing.

Aggression, pure white rage befalls Ori'verda and his eyes see only a crimson shade of red. The table between him and Mythus vanishes into thin air as his armored fists lunge and grab the man's throat and strangle answers out of him.

An enticing vision of blood and vengeance fueled by anger. But Ori'verda knows better and stays his hand. Not because of the mercenaries Mythus commands but because of Mandalorian honor. Ori'verda perked right up and leaned forward casually towards Mythus. "What's the job?"

In his mind, Mythus relaxes, glad to avoid the potential trouble a Mandalorian warrior could cause. "Ever heard of a man called Golrin Nunes?" Saying the name gives Hunt the urge to cringe. The politician was becoming a thorn in his side, ousting his agents and miring his operations on Iego by either stealing or killing off his men.

"He's a politician, soon to be the governor of Iego. However, he's more than that. My own contacts tell me that he was once a galactic-level assassin, something generally kept in the dark. Now, whether that has anything to do with his opponents disappearing or suffering fatal or crippling accidents is irrelevant. What is relevant is that he's becoming a liability. He's inconvenienced me numerous times, killed my men, made a mockery of my operations."

"Quite simply, I want his head. Bring me that, and you'll have your lead."

=СРБ=Ori`verda May 30 2014, 6:43pm says:

The name Golrin Nunes was familiar to the former leader and Mand'alor of the Hegemony but under the alias of the Demon of Iego. Because he was still an elected official within the Hegemony and there was no evidence of him being the Demon. Golrin had diplomatic immunity until now. Without the Hegemony's rules and regulations there would be no political fallout if he was silenced.

If Ori'verda were to unmask him as the Demon of Iego it would make his job easier since as Golrin Nunes he can call upon the local law enforcement to protect him but without that element he should be approachable. As approachable as a infamous assassin can be.

Whether the target is Golrin Nunes, the Demon of Iego, Nym Sparrow or the Emperor himself. In the end his identity doesn't matter. He is a means to an end and a target to be taken out for Ori'verda to advance his own goals.

He said nothing else to the crime lord and gave only a nod before leaving. As in the past Ori'verda had all the knowledge he needed and conveniently as the negligent, uncaring and uninterested Mythus would always provide.

A name.
