If you want to unlock Fordo in cedit click in the top left hand corner on the glowing white words.
He should appear and be editable,if you follow these steps it will unlock Fordo in the Corasant levels.
He should appear red striped with two blaster pistols as an NPC in cedit he appears in his Reshi Commander armor with two vibro blades.
