I don't think they could leave that "world". Also I hated these deity like characters...
So, you're a SW Atheist? :D You cannot disprove their existence! They are canon, unlike human-made deities:)
And I think they're awesome! :) George and Dave love mythology, they created this story arc after all. :)
In terms of SW I believe and trust only in The Force.... which has a will of it's own and could present itself as actual physical entities....wait a moment.
The illusion of free will. :D All is predetermined, apparently. :D

After Kotor II I have a easier time siding with Kreia.
The force needs to die, constantly manipulating people to be either good or evil and bring these horrendous terrible wars generation by generation. It's without end in it's desire to see good and evil fight taking more and more lives one star war at a time.
There can be no balance, nor should there be.

Everything that's canon in the SW universe is "human-made", by the people working at Lucasfilms, just sayin'.

Imo the force is just... a force. Like gravity, only that it's way more subtle in its natural form and can be manipulated by some people for some reason.
It is just an energy field and is not sentient.
Also it's a natural force and in nature there is nothing predetermined and there is no such thing as good or evil. Only the people using it are good or evil and only these people actually try to press everything into those limited moral concepts.
So yeah, I also think those "deities" were utter ********.
