In the lore it is said that Clone Troopers age twice the rate of humans. If we then look at the average age of death for a human, it's about 100ish. So, a Clone Trooper would live for about 50 years before they are 100 physically. Thus, we can use an aging system somewhat like dog years. Clone years are the 50 years of their life, while human years are just human years.

Dude a 20 year old Clone Trooper can already be an Advance Recon Commando and even a higher ranking official in the grand army of the republic depending in years of service and wars he faught to during the clone wars era.

How come then you're saying that Clone Troopers are like dogs?
The picture you are even presenting is a pre-brainwashed Stormtrooper not a Clone Trooper.
They may be just Clones but deep inside they have feelings, and each of them are different from any aspects which makes them all unique. And all in all that gives them Life.
