ModMaker is very much in a Beta state. I am releasing it here in the hope it will prove as useful to other modders as it has for me. See my ModDB blog for more information about ModMaker.
Version 1.5 adds support for Steam apps installed outside the main Steam folder, a Game Info editor and Chapter Maker. 1.5 is now less reliant on it's configuration files as it can now work out where your apps (games and SDKs) are actually installed.
Where clicking the mod title or icon used to allow you to specify a new icon it now launched an editor for Game Information settings. As yet the Game Information editor does not touch the filesystem configuration (mainly because it confuses the hell out of me).
You should see a new tool icon for a "Chapter Maker" when you select a single player mod. This tool is very new and not nearly as complete as I would like (it doesn't add the chapter to the titles and cannot show the existing chapter thumbnails).
