Or if it has like a party mode then the new characters can be in. But it would be better off if they are not in, just maybe a few cameos.

I dont think it will be after Sonic CD will I dont really know. I bet its going to be a new 2D adventure, if Sonic is kid Sonic I hope it tells how he turned back into a kid.

What do you guys thing Sonic and Robotnik will look like in Sonic 2010? I hope Sonic has the mohawk like spikes (I dont like mohawks but it looks cool on Sonic) and I hope its the evil Robotnik with the black and red eyes. Characters I would like in it are Sonic, Robotnik, the freedom fighters, and maybe some of the new characters like Shadow, just maybe. And I hope Sonic is on Mobius in it.
sonic and sega fans have been askin for a sonic 2d game for a long while now so i hope they really do ther all best at this ther not showin much of it on da trailers except that its comin out in 2010.
About that Project Needlemouse game, it sound cool.
