Well, to quote one of the most over-quoted quotes ever quoted:
"If a law is unjust, a man is not only right to disobey it, he is obligated to do so."
One should only be obedient if there is a reasonable, rational reason to do so (such as, "I obey laws saying I shouldn't go murder everyone"). Otherwise, disobedience is necessary to correct the wrongs of the people who want to be obeyed.
That's true. Do you know how easy it would be for all the soldiers in North Korea to overthrow their leaders? Extremely. But it will never happen, because they're brainwashed into doing whatever they're told.
