Yes, the second visit looked different.
The "always effective" Western Propaganda completely blinded and clouded the brains of the our Slavic citizens. Because of that, they've got confused and lost their true indentity. Sometimes, you have to use a bit of force to wake someone up from a shock.
Moscow's intention in 1968 wasn't to harm their Slavonic brothers, but to prevent them from entering an abyss.
