Founded in 1990 by rian and Steve Raffel, Raven Software was acquired by Activision in 1997. They have a history of working with id Software, taking over the Quake franchise and developing Quake 4.
Raven have developed many best-selling titles, including the Hexen and Heretic series, Soldier of Fortune and Quake 4.
