Cheapest place where I can buy RAM & VGA ~900mhz?

Which one/component is 900mhz, there are a lot of details to consider in regards to buying RAM and GPU's, not just frequency.
The frequency could also mean a few things too regarding what you have specified:

-GPU Core Clock
-VRAM Memory Clock
-RAM Module Clock

What MB do you currently have, does it use DDR2 or DDR3, and number of slots/channel configuration?
Also, when buying RAM, the timings are VERY important to consider, as a highly clocked stick may fall short with loose timings compared to a tighly timed stick with a lower clock.

Where are you located too, as this will dictate the price?

Too much?
Hope this helps

Pretty good except my 1.7 GHz Pentium 4 (single core for those of you that forgot that was a thing)
1 GB Ram at a whopping 600 MHz! is better
Yes my lappy is speed and I bet I can beat you in some regards because I do have an SSD in there :}
I do have a few nice GPUs but they go are for running simulator stuffs for work not for play :(
and don't quite fit in my lappy...yet...

If your P4 laptop has an SSD in it, it would be painfully bottlenecked by your SATA interface, no matter how fast it was because the laptop is older...

And your single core P4 would be destroyed by the quad-core i5, plus it has a 200Mhz OC.
And depending on your laptop, you can't change out the GPU.

I could list more if I knew what laptop you had, but I might be overanalyzing this, but his desktop would beat your portable laptop :)

Lol I'm aware that my lappy isn't faster than his it was kind of how you say a joke to compare them because but in terms of the SSD it hugely boosted performance.
And I'm aware for the most part you can't change the GPU in my lappy (though actually I did but replacing the whole MB) but anyway the GPUs are for a desktop.

lol@ the "millions of buttons" comment.
Most pc games require WASD (or arrow keys), spacebar, shift, control, and the 1-5 keys, as well as left and right click.
That's pretty much 10 buttons besides the directional ones for your average game. The Xbox 360 controller has 8 buttons (LB, RB, LT, RT, ABXY) besides direction keys.

Some games, however, do require "millions of buttons" if you choose.
I play World of Warcraft PVP competitively, I use R,G,F,X,Z,Q,E Shift+R,G,F,X,Z,Q,E, 1-5, shift+1-5, and alt+1-5. And that's only if you want to play the game without ever having to click anything.

Please download and run Speccy (http://www.piriform.com/speccy/download). Then select Publish snapshot from the File Menu and share the link with us. We should be able to better assist you with the details it will provide.

Any more details about the PC?

Like memory generation, CPU socket, HDD type, PSU wattage, SATA type?
