Nah 5770 is a little dated (with the 7970 coming out and all). If you're looking for a new gpu the 6850 is going for about 200 usd

I have a question:

Which is better, DDR-4 or XDR RAM? And what does the heat spreader do?

I'm not sure on the Ram differences, But having a better heat-sink will lower your CPU's temp. It makes it easier to over clock also

RAM modules usualy come with heat spreaders too, as to lower their operating tempreture and allow better overclocking.

If you were refering to the heat spreaders on the RAM modules :)
