Our moddb Avatar group is growing (not fast, but at least it grows^^) and I'm not sure if everyone in this group has steam, but for the ones who have i strongly recommend to join Na'vi Warriors

It's the biggest Avatar group for Steam and it's a great community, in the future there will be a few servers (don't forget to add |Na'vi| to your account-name, not just for the servers but to let show to others how great it is to be a Na'vi Warrior!!). At the moment it has 450 members and it's still growing, every new member is welcom...
