The outfit we are all familiar with...
So, why did 4th have a 12 foot (plus) scarf?
The story goes, a designer for the bbc picked out the colors and sequence, then bought some yarn. They took it to a lady who knitted things and asked for a scarf made from the yarn. She used it all.
Tom put it on and the rest was future. Or history. Those two can be confusing.
