Give us one then, Google Images tends to only have something decent if you use the perfect search, otherwise you end up with tons of useless crap images with nothing related to your search. But there is also the fact that

Idk maybe rising will take place over the period of time between MGS 2 and 4
he rescued Sunny from the Patriots, and when he contacted Snake during Act 2 He spoke of finding Big Boss' corpse in the past tense, which means that it took place before the events of Act 2 at least.
I also dont think he will have the cybernetic enhancements the whole game, it will most likely happen in the middle of the game, after he saves Sunny, which is when he was taken to Area 51 and was submitted to the cybo enhancements. Thats my theory, feel free to pick it apart, im sure i left something out :)
We'll have to see
about the suit, he could be using an old one at the beginnig and after some time he upgraded to a new one. about the eye, it is either by accident or the different suit caused the color to change due to a new version of the white "cyborg blood"
that's a good theory! I guess we're all going to have to wait and see, like we always do
