it was supposed to be on january 2011.i hope they dont postpone it.its already 10 years unless they wanna turn it into another duke nukem.
Keep in mind that Starcraft II, was considerably longer, but I personally wouldn't complain - as long as they keep the high quality of a blizzard game :)
well...it has been dead around here for some time now.

but to be honest all the D3 news from last 6 months feel the same to me:
"gameplay feature x has been changed into something else", "class x no longer has ability y since it was too unbalanced", we've replaced the x system with a completely new system" etc etc etc...
things have been different with blizzard after activision.
