Hate to tell you guys but this is probably what you're getting... lol
Guys I have a quick question...Just a quickie....I finished Mass Effect 2 : The arrival and downloaded all the expansion packs..UNFORTUNATELY I lost all the expansion packs but thank god I have the save. I tried to load my save and it said I need to download the DLC the Arrivals again...thats not the issue...
The issue is when I buy ME3 HOPEFULLy....will I be able to load my character on Mass Effect 2 to play with my Shepard?

Yes, you will. I doubt bioware would make some of ME3's content dependent on if you have DLC installed or not.
Everything you did in Arrival should carry over. Also, how exactly does one "lose" dlc unless they pirated it?
For some reason the other account I used to buy the Dlc stuff for all my games got stolen....and then banned...this all happened with the whole PS3 crisis..
