A Republic Loyalist Mandalorian. Maybe a Clone Trooper turned Mandalorian? Whatever the case this is a very amazing piece of work and very detailed.
The Republic symbol on the helmet, the green visor, the way the armor plates hug the underlaying flak vest, those sturdy boots, the standard issue DC-15 Rifle and the Mandalorian characters that spell out "SBLR".
All these just add such magnificent detail. Truly worthy of a Mandalorian.
The SBLR is written crudely but that's what I have understood from it.
