[SGTNE] News for the alone part of the game !

Stats : A good month : december !

-----

Let’s start with this figure : 26168. It’s the number of guests that visited our official games websites in december ’07. Moreover, it should be known that we succeeded in doubling this number between November and December, November had 13000 guests approximately.

We hope that 2008 will enable us to be even best known.  And to finnish the stats, 16% of the visitors came from Moddb, following our qualification, and we’re waitting the results that will appear on January 29 =)

SGC 3D Simulator : Announce

For the SGC 3D simulator, we want to announce you that no futher version will be distributed separately, we’re going to concentrate ourselves on Stargate : The New Enemy, and we are going to integrate the simulator into it to let players having all the avantages with the possibility of walking around the base ! However, an English version of the version 1.5 Beta will appear soon for english-speaking persons. Thanks to Hutchim for many of the sounds required.

Mach Creation : New members

2008 begin with new members in the Mach Creation’s team, Idk for the maps and Superuber for the german/french translations, the german community is growing up !

Stargate : The New Enemy : Mission 1 : wake up !

Now, get into the main topic =)

Just get a moment to discover the pictures of the first mission, and it’s title : wake up ! (what does it mean ^^)

Thus, you will be able especially to notice the utilisation of the MALP (work in progress) which will be present in the game in order to enable you to explore planets before going there to start your mission. You will be able to drive it, control it’s camera with a computer screen from the SGC or with your full computer screen.

Stargate : The New Enemy : Mission 2, the map !

The second mission’s map, is now in progress, you can see it on the next two pictures, it’s a desert-type planet (with the Idk’s death plane crashed into it). Just as a clue : it’s not only a desert ! ^^

Stargate : The New Enemy : The SGC is taking forms …

I being a little bit out of breath, I will close this news with a small image of the SGC where’s the textures are being adapted to correspond to those of the Alpha Site. (you had been able to observe in the preceding news that all that had largely changed since the beginning). It should be known that the SGC will be a central place in the game where you will pass much of the time, we will try to make it the bast as we can !

I hope that those pictures will have given you the desire of knowing more the game if you known it only a few before this news and we will certainly communicate the results of the moddb. Oh, yes, we’re searching someone the make characters 3D animations, and another to make the weapons (and some other for the skins needed in the game)
