is an unofficial Lord of the Rings group on Moddb that brings every LOTR-fan together!
Though it has been opend for everyone, there are still some condition you need to meet...
They're basic but just so you know:
- Be polite to everyone, even if you don't like him/her
- As everyone who joins this group begins as a Soldier (notify the group leader or manager he will take care of this).
- you can become something else if you just be very active here and only ask to one of the group leaders you must be active though so make clear you are noticed.
- You can discuss about anything IF it doesn't get out of hands!

waz up! just found out my hobbit name - Your Hobbit Name is Blanco Boffin. Boffin, a family with many connections to the Bagginses and Tooks. Apparently found in the Yale, Overhill, and other areas surrounding Hobbiton. The name is an Anglicization of the old hobbit term 'Bophîn', of unknown meaning.
You share your Christian name Blanco, with a Blanco: Fallohide hobbit and brother of Marcho, founder of the Shire in 1601.

I heard diffrently. I heard Peter is making Hobbit a duology but wants to make a new maovie in LOTR world. Maby the storyes from Silmarillion perhaps??

I heard that too Jack. I heard that Peter Jackson wanted to create a whole series of films based on The Silmarillion and then conclude it with the end battle between the forces of good and the returned forces of Morgoth.
(This is just gossip right. None of what I say is true or is it? I'm joking but maybe Jackson does want to create a movie based on the Silmarillion but as far as I know he doesn't have the rights to right?)
I'm not upset about The Hobbit being a trilogy. It means more LOTR goodness and likely more parts from the book can be included in the films instead of parts being skipped or shortened.
I don't know how they could make The Hobbit a trilogy. The book is only 254 pages. It should be concluded in one film really.
From what I understand, J.R.R. Tolkien made his family promise that they would never sell the rights of The Silmarillion.
it were 2 movies but they now split it to a trilogy just for the money
