that is a good question, well,i think that is something like a zonbie, cuz he have to hold its weapons and,if there was nothing, why use the black tunic?he should be the invisible immortal sauron servant of death(if was nothing behind the cloak)
I think they would be skeletal like when he sees them in the ring, but not exactly, when Gandalf is describing them he says that they have taken a balck cloak or something along those lines, implying that they had some other form other than the black cloak we see
After their corruption they became wraiths, kinda like the one who took Frodo and the hobbits in the barrow, but much more powerful. They just dress like that in order to have a visible form and to communicate with other beings ;)
The trilogy was quite a lot different to the book. Blame Peter Jackson lol :P
And that scene IS in the movie. It's in The Return of the King during the siege of Minas Tirith I think... been ages since I watched it. But I definately remember it as I'd thought Gandalf would kick the crap outta the Witch-King but instead all the Witch-King did was lifted his sword up and POP went Gandalf's staff. Kinda disappointed me that scene :l
For anyone who hasn't seen the extended parts of the trilogy... you can watch them on youtube. just type in "LOTR extended scenes" or something like that.
WITCH KINGGG!!!!
If you were to take the cloak off a nazgul... would there be nothing there?
Interesting? I say nothing. No naked dude. :)

actually you can catch this scene in the extended version.. which has many parts that you would not have seen in the cinemas or the normals ones
i don't remember this scene too....maybe it was bad directed(blame peter jackson) and they have excluded it.
