Members of the Lone Modders group possess an amazing skill-set and a willingness to attempt the improbable; create a mod all by themselves. The purpose of the group is to further accredit those individuals who, for whatever reason, are currently attempting to create a mod single-handledly. Finally, a group for anti-social compulsive types; Lone Modders do it alone!
Please note: The term 'Lone Modder' is not to be confused with 'freelance contributor' and qualified applicants to this group must be able to demonstrate that they are currently the sole developer of an established mod. 'Established', with very few exceptions, means that your mod has been featured on the frontpage of moddb.com or similiar website at least three times. If it is not readily apparent that you meet these qualifications your application will be denied. If this happens it's nothing personal. Feel free to re-apply at any time.
Additionally, it should be noted that mikejkelley is no longer attempting to create a mod single-handedly but barring any objections from the membership will continue to helm LM mngmnt duties.

Once again, this week’s DCD update delivers another complete package of new media! The video features Kiyoko’s pinball map, with a newly created second pinball machine! While Kiyoko’s costuming undergoes redesign, tour duties will be handled by sidekick characters Candice and Katia. As usual, you’ll also be able to hear a section of the map’s soundtrack.
Although the encoder has dropped frames and the characters have yet to be cel-shaded, I feel the video is a worthy addition to this, the third of a series of "Vote for DCD" news posts I'll be creating and releasing throughout December.
The next update, scheduled to follow along shortly, will allow viewers to download mp3s of all four map soundtracks and will also feature a DCD wallpaper! Thanks again to everyone who has voted for DCD thus far.

A very strange thing seems to be happening mate, I don't know if it's a bug or what, but I can't seem to remove my mod from the groups mod listings as I seem to not have permission, even when I was a group leader ( did you give me fall access then ), as when I opened up my mod to the group I lost the right to edit my mods profile.
& if I leave the group, & re_join it dosen't seem to work either as my mod still comes up as a lone modders project, & on leaving the group I loose my mod from my mod listing completely.
So can you make me a group leader again but this time make sure that I have full rights just so I can sort this problem out...Thanks
Er, it seems I have the same problem - I can't edit/update Polar Paradise anymore. :( I've just tried signing in and then out again - no luck.
I see that DOTD isn't there anymore, so whatever you did for Halloween4, can you do it for me too, please?
Cheers :)
I've restored your rwr permissions re:mods, try logging out and back in again and then editing. I don't seem to be able to edit the status of the mods either... Halloween4 reports that Intense! fixed it for him, not sure if only Intense! is able to fix it or if there's anything more I can do on my end... sry, gl!
Thanks, I think I've fixed it now. I've also taken the mod off the Lone Modders group, as I explained in my email.
Again, sorry about all this - if I knew it was going to screw up so badly, I wouldn't have bothered. :-/
Keep in mind it says you have to log out and in for the changes (permission settings) to take effect. I made sure to give you rwr permissions re: mods.
I have my suspicions though that it may be one of those features (like comments) that you can't edit or delete yet... I don't seem to be able to either.
Sorry i'm having problems with gaining full access to my mod again & removing it for the group, could you please re_enlist me to the group once again mate, as I'm trying to sort things out & had to cancell my membership again in the process of doing so.....SORRY
No need to apologize, keep in mind it says you have to log out and in for the changes to take effect. I have my suspicions though that it may be one of those features (like comments) that you can't edit or delete yet... gl!
In a recent post Halloween04 mentioned he has developed RSI. As Lone Modders doing the work of an entire team, we're all at greater risk for developing RIS/RSI.
I wanted to repost the link Halloween04 was good enough to provide, but can't find it. Here's a different link.

Also, I'd like to add a link to the following article warning about the dangers of blood clotting associated with sitting at a computer for extended periods of time. I myself take blood thinners (aspirin) regularly, and get up and walk around a bit.

Here's the link you were looking for: Eeshop.unl.edu
& thanks for highlighting this problem once again man.
Gah, wish we had an edit button already! That wasn't supposed to be a reply! :(
