If you want to create a nature map, use CE2, it's the best thing for nature stuff because of the realtime features.
If you want to make a city map, use UDK. It's tool Lightmass heavily reduces the performance needed to display the scene. For a city environment, i don't recommend CE2, because a city has hundreds, if not thousands of lights, and displaying this in realtime will slow you PC down to 0,5 FPS, no matter what PC you own.

The engine is source..in particular the orangebox/ep2 engine.
Up until now we haven't had an issue with age but our slow progress is largly in part to lack of dedication from mappers so please 18+.
If your under 18 and can think of no other project for you email me and i will have a talk with the management about making an exception based on skill.

Hi everyone.
I am a Storyliner for a warhammer 40k game idea and we are currently understaffed with just me and one mapper -.-
We are searching for people with experience in the Unity Engine and we are also looking for good modellers/animators.
If you are interested, please contact me or post in the developement group.
