Hey everyone,

Beginners Mod is looking for mappers to help get our mod going. We are looking for one very experienced mapper to be a lead mapper. We are organized and our concept artists have been working hard to get everything going. If you feel your skills need improvement please contact me by PM or post here again and we will get things sorted out.

Mmm... this group is weird. The tutorials are so incomplete... They doesn't even say what editor you need...

My two tutorials are not editor dependent. What don't you understand?

This looks like a good group to join! I've been mapping for years in VHE / Hammer / Worldcraft, I've never managed to get the hang of GTK Radiant or UnrealED though :P

N00b question, how do you make a brush in UnrealED?

You know, I'm surprised at the lack of people in this category.

There are much too many people who make maps especially in Source Engine.

Wow, I was looking for a group like this!

It's very nice to see we have a space to talk about level design. This is a big subject which requieres very talented people... no one can open a editor, place a few brushes and call himself a 'level designer' (but I've seen a lot of cases).

I'll share my knowledge in any way I can. Also, I'll post a few images from mine in a couple weeks.

Good one myles!

As you said level design is a big subject, but even little tutorials can get people linked in the right direction.
