i think these are 4 barrels yes? and 6 rockets instead of 4 yes? with railgun upgrade...

Reminds me of the times when I was really crazy about C&C 3 and I use build both GDI and Nod factions with lego which took much work. That was quite some years ago and im not sure if I still have some pictures.
