The end is nigh. The infected are lurking everywhere and chances of survival are slim. Left 4 Dead focuses on the story of 4 individuals and their harrowing battles against the hordes of the infected that roam the streets. What about other survivors? What would they look like and what kind of deformed monstrosities would they be up against?

Description
This zombie boss is a mutated pregnant woman. Hooked tentacles that look like festering umbilical cords sprout from locations on the body and act as an entrapment mechanism.
These tentacles ensnare the prey and drag the victim towards the gaping maw that opens to the womb where the real evil awaits in an abomination that is the zombified, mutated fetus.

I doubt it would be used though, An alien in half life 1 "Mr friendly" was removed because of references like that.

The Breeder looks like she would be Rare to find as The Witch if she's on Left 4 Dead 3 hopefully she would because she looks Hard 2 Fight and it would make better since to Her Once or Twice in every Levle of The Game :)
