That's why I carry a blaster too. Those pesky bugs have no defense against that. ;D
And that is why those pets of ours are often escorted by soldiers with Verpine weapons and Vornskr which eat Jetiise. Top that HH.

The Beskar may protect the Mandalorian, but not the Ysalamiriand niether does it protect aginst the shockwave. Which will expose the Ysalamiri to gunners.
I have a quick side question, why are we rooting for the Sith anyways? The less sith the better for the Jedi right? XD
