Indie games are changing the world, one giant pixel at a time. With Indie DB we aim to support independent developers and their games, by providing them with a place to showcase their hard work (in-progress or complete) to fans seeking original gaming experiences. Hey all, new here so let’s socialize, check out my profile if you’re interested in developing a TBS/RPG style game, or just want to chat.

Lol, I never knew IndieDB was hosted in Western Australia, I thought it would be in Victoria or another state!

Hey everyone,
I just joined the group can't wait to meet and work with everyone!

Currently I'm seeking a few good people to start a dev. team with. I currently run UDK, and I'm working on using unity. I can work with game maker as well. All those interested, will be hosting a chat or forum session to decide what we want to do, how we want to do it, and who we're doing it for. From there we will be hammering out the gameplay and story details, and then workig on implementing it with what we finally decide on.

Very pointless in my eyes. I don't like IndieDB because it only limits you to indie games, while when you use ModDB you get all the action.

I think this might be another addondb....

But, if your a really big fan of indie games and only use ModDB for indie games... I guess it has its purpose.

The main purpose of Indie DB is that it shows more clearly that its well for Indies. Quite alot of Inde devs don't know that Mod Db hosts Indies as well because the name doesn't hint towards it, where as Indie DB makes it more obvious.
Either way it just more choice.

Is IndieDB really necessary? To me, Moddb is enough and with more websites, the transition from mod to indie game will once again be a lot bigger. Just telling ya...

Site looks cool though ;)
