Episode 2 - Solomon's Secret news - Indie Devs

After secretly developing for many months, episode 2 of the Adam's Venture series was announced recently. Carrying the subtitle, "Solomon's Secret", this second part will continue the story where episode 1 left off.

 

After the earth-shattering events in Eden's caverns, Adam and Evelyn find themselves in a Clairvaux aircraft with a whole lot of explaining to do. Soon, events take a dramatic turn for the worse, and once again Adam finds himself holding the faith of the world in his hands. And this time, in more ways than he could ever imagine...

 

The team at Vertigo Games has listened to the feedback they got from the fans and try to make the second episode even better! 

• Lead designer Richard Stitselaar explains:
  "With episode 2 players can expect the puzzles to become quite a bit more challenging overall. We've received very useful feedback on the first episode, and are working hard to use this information to the gamers advantage. I believe Solomon's Secret will be a big leap forward for the Adam's Venture series in terms of length, gameplay and storyline."

• Lead artist Vincent van Brummen:
  "Although the caverns from episode I were a gorgeous and atmospheric setting for Adam to explore, we decided to introduce more variety with the second episode. In terms of gameplay these diverse surroundings opened up a lot of interesting possibilities for our design team, and for me personally creating the outdoor settings was a welcome change. I suspect that players will agree."

 

Furthermore we've received quite a few requests from gamers all around the world, wondering where to get Adam's Venture. In an attempt to solve this problem, we've made the first episode available in a digital and retail version on this website.
