Didn't play the game yet but this is pure WIN! :D
Bioshock Infinite is one of the best, if not the best game I have ever played, everything is so well done, the story, the characters, the atmosphere, it's one of those games you don't want to beat, and you will be thinking about that ending for over 5 days lol.
The only downside is the combat, its so god damned generic and boring. Even worse, its what you'll be doing about 90% of the time, a lot of it feels shoved in.
So if you hate bullet-spongy enemies, guns that feel like peashooters, and the vigors which are all ripped off from previous games. Just play the damn game on easy, I wish I had. Especially about halfway through the game, when you just want more of the story and combat becomes a serious annoyance.
I think I'm playing the game on normal and the combat isn't as dreadful. Compared to Crysis 3 it's quite similar in terms of combat. I use a shotgun and sniper with all the upgrades so its quite enjoyable sniping people's heads off. However I did find the AI pretty stupid since charging at someone who's holding a shotgun is dumb while hiding from a sniper doesn't work too well either. Most enemies are bullet spongy however it just doesn't annoy me too much.
Now in response to the video: That is NOT the first mission with Elizabeth...
Am I the only one who beated the game on hard, though that the game was somewhat easy, and is seriously considering to beat on 1999 difficulty? D:
It´s just a metter of how well you´re using your weapons, vigors, upgrades, guear and infusions.
"Fire doesn't work on fire! Didn't you ever play Pokemon?!?" LOL
