Not sure I understand the joke but my guess would be cause no on in the Massachusetts highway never use their turn signals?
If thats how it is I'd prefer no turn signals compared to my state, freaking people on highway speed like 50 mph over and honk when you aren't doing it. "Oh I am going 2 under the speed limit? Oh sorry lemme just get a ticket for you."
Massachusetts drivers are considered some of the worst in America. If some guy cuts you off or merges into your lane without signaling, look down at his plates and chances are he's a Masshole. They are very aggressive drivers

(they don't have bananas so we're still better)
So driving a tank in Massachusetts won't help for personal safety.
