I would classify Steve Jobs as a great salesman who was able to market and sell his products extremely well, but not an innovator or inventor. It's shameful how the accomplishments and innovations of so many are overlooked by a guy that was able to use those inventions to make money hand over fist.
Life's a bitch that way.
