I must admit it is hard for me to read this garbled english. Is it even english?? If this is new english, why they still teach me an old one?

I understand that there are many immigrants in USA and it is hard for them to learn so many grammar tenses and similar things that even a native english speaker would never use. But this is not making it easier, this is weird!
ahem....Thou shalt be BURNED!!!!
First thought that came to mind was "World of Warcraft," cause...man, seen most of that, or opposite of some of those commandments happen in that game.
