This **** happened to me several times when i went for the job interview.
Basically the conversation goes like this every single time:
Employer: Do you have the experience for this job.
Me: No.
Employer: Sorry we can't hire you if you don't have experience for this job.
Me: Well how the **** am i gonna get any experience if you don't hire me.

That's the point where you lie and bluff your *** through the hiring process.
Well there's always the option of working for really shady places... just saying.
